#4 Neon Leggings/Spandex
Neon leggings are also great for the gym! American Apparel has great neon spandex! I also like to wear neon spandex with my cute gray sweatshirts and sweaters on movie nights.
*Tip - I recommend pairing neon with gray before black for a softer and more updated look.
